In general it helps parents if they’re using Windows Vista, they can turn on Parental Controls for each of their children's accounts. Then they can set time limits, game rating restrictions, and program limits for each family member who uses the computer.
It enables you set up web filtering to allow only the content you want your kids to see. Use contact management to choose who they talk to online when they use Windows Live Messenger, Windows Live Hotmail, and Windows Live Spaces. You can customize settings for EACH family member.
It enables you manage your kids’ safety settings from any computer, and get Web-based reports that show what your kids are doing online. You can grant or deny requests to view specific Web sites from almost any computer online.
It enables you steer your kids toward appropriate websites by setting your browser’s home page to the Family Safety child-friendly sites page.

It is interesting, isn’t it? Please don’t think that it is such a brand new idea for me but it made me to think of what a new family criminal environment has been created around us and how such a utilities are needed to take care of our families from interfacing the cyber-environment with a lot of dangers that can have for our children and how suspicious family members get in this circumstances.

RELATIONS AND NEW CYBER WORLD

We live in a great time of relations and relationships as you are related to the whole world people and communicate with them so instantly and freely and cheaply. You can easily invite a missed friend of your house to meet and talk to that lives thousands of kilometers away from you and to much extent pass the emotions and passion to each other. You can really feel that you have a free and rich life in the cyber-world that you have created yourself in it and manage your being in it yourself and in a word you get the god of yourself. Now you can do a lot of things without that much energy costs to you as much as it had to you before. Now somehow have the feeling of being everywhere while you are just one where and even simultaneously. You have access to a not large but a huge amount of data of almost any field. You can know of events on the other side of the world in a few seconds. Now even the second is a big time unit for the activities done on the cyber-world. Another interesting thing that I have noticed is the loss of something that has been used by people from a long time ago but too much used in the last 200 years, money. Now a days you don’t see that much money, even it is quite possible to not see it for a year or more and do and buy what you need. Nice to that, no? You don’t need to touch such a dirty thing anymore!!
I agree that I have not said that much news to you but I want to mention that again in this aspect of life again we are in a transition period and we live in an era again that everything will have a big change in its interface of getting, using and getting rid of it. Although as human being always improves in its life and abilities and almost always it is in a transition process but now the Third Wave of Evelyn Toffler is here to make it real strange, new and difficult to pass this era and getting used to that . Many aged people for sure will fill of having a hell life in a not real world as physical presence is being bypassed.
